Founded in 2007, most of Fusion’s clients are C-suite executives in the HR and talent space. They represent organizations of all sizes and sectors and hire Fusion because they want to be ready for the future.
We ask the tough questions–the kind that push leaders to think and act differently–and then we listen to their raw and unfiltered responses. Meet our Founder and Chief ProvocateuHR
As a journalist by trade, I have always had a passion for distilling complex information into engaging messages that help people understand and act. I listen and find harmony in fusing unique perspectives in a cohesive way that inspires change across organizations.
This passion is the reason why I started Fusion in 2007. Since then, I have built my reputation as a trusted global communicator specializing in change, talent, inclusion and diversity.
Most of Fusion’s clients are C-suite executives in the HR and talent space. They are passionate about driving an agenda that advocates for progressive practices that will positively impact workplace culture.
To inspire change, I focus on asking my clients pointed, rhetorical, philosophical and even controversial questions. My journalism training definitely comes in handy here! These insightful questions uncover the real challenge and help establish thoughtful, strategic and bold solutions.
